Candidates are never required to pay any registration fee, interview fee, processing charge, security deposit, training fee, documentation charge, commission, or any other payment in any form. Our client companies also never ask candidates for any payment whatsoever.
Secondly, we never invite candidates to our office for interviews. All interviews are conducted directly at the offices of our client companies.
Thirdly, all our job opportunities are direct, permanent positions on the regular payrolls of our client companies. We do not offer third-party payroll or contractual positions.

Our Recruitment Process
How We Zero-in On Candidates:
We first understand the client organization’s business, structure, culture, future growth plans as well their Industry. We then map the position specifications viz., job title, deliverables, principal accountabilities, internal/external contacts, compensation, location and other relevant details. We then develop a target list of appropriate companies from which to recruit. We utilize our network along with our Database / Job Portals / Social Media / References to develop a list of most promising candidates within these companies. This is then presented to the Client as a comprehensive list of candidates we intend to approach.
How We Establish Contact With Suitable Candidates:
Once we are on the same page with our Clients, we determine a list of specific candidates. We then contact them through various means, apprise them of the opportunity and elicit their interest in the position. On the basis of their responses, we then re-evaluate the candidates with the aim of determining a profile match with the job, their career aspirations and suitability with the context and culture of the client organization.
Negotiations:
After we get the shortlisting from the Client, we then get the final candidate’s compensation requirements and, if required, also assist in completing the hiring arrangements. Post joining follow-up is also provided to the candidate as well as to the hiring Company(ies), if required, to ensure smooth transition.
